15 minutes of work every day is better than 2 hours an a single day per week.

Overlearning is always beneficial: reviewing and testing until our knowledge becomes absolutely certain. This improves performance, especially in the long-run.
Repetition has more benefits for our brain: it automates our mental operations until they become unconscious.
